On November 4th, Asia Pacific Technology officially announced that the company held the 24th meeting of the 6th board of directors on November 2nd, and approved an important proposal, agreeing to invest in the construction of the Northeast headquarters production base (Phase I) for automotive lightweight aluminum products in Shenbei New District, Shenyang City. The total investment of the project is up to 600 million yuan, marking an important step for Asia Pacific Technology in the field of automotive lightweight materials.

According to the announcement, the production base constructed through this investment will focus on the research and production of lightweight aluminum products for automobiles. With the rapid development of the global automotive industry and increasingly strict environmental requirements, lightweight materials have become one of the key technologies to improve automotive energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. Asia Pacific Technology’s investment aims to produce high-performance and high-quality lightweight aluminum products through advanced production processes and technological means, in order to meet the growing demand for automotive lightweight materials in domestic and foreign markets.

The implementing entity of the project is Liaoning Asia Pacific Light Alloy Technology Co., Ltd., a newly established subsidiary of Asia Pacific Technology. The registered capital of the newly established subsidiary is planned to be 150 million yuan, and it will undertake the construction and operation tasks of the production base. The project plans to add approximately 160 acres of land, with a total construction period of 5 years. It is expected to reach the designed production capacity in the 5th year, and after reaching production capacity, it is expected to achieve an annual increase in output value of 1.2 billion yuan, bringing significant economic and social benefits to Asia Pacific Science and Technology.
