3. I understand that the Dhaka Tannery Estate Project was then extended until June 2010, then again to June 2012. What were the reasons for these extensions?

DALEVILLE — Botetourt County reserved an extra $2.5 million for construction of the new Colonial Elementary School after bids came in significantly over budget.

The calculations of ZFS parameters were based on state average complete active space self-consistent field (SA-CASSCF)45 wave functions complemented by N-electron valence second order perturbation theory (NEVPT2)46,47,48,49,50. The active space of the CASSCF calculations comprised of seven electrons in five metal-based d-orbitals (CAS(7,5)). The state averaged approach was used, in which all ten quartet states and forty doublets states were equally weighted. The Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service estimates there will be a school enrollment decrease through 2020, but the county has longed hoped the recent boom in industrial job growth will bring more young families to the area.
